If you need a MAX monster to animate you can grab the monster_anim_maxfile_and_maps.zip here. Feel free to use it however you like, except for monster-commercial stuff.
I should warn you that the monster animation-rig is not particularly sofisticated, in fact, its quite basic.Should you make a more handy animation setup, send me a copy so I can make it available here. ;)

And please send me a link to a finished animation if you have one.
